BACKGROUND

Chicken Maison is a family restaurant that began in Torrance in 2005.

Behind it all is Mario Karame and his son's Sam and Ramsey Karame.

The first restaurant was opened 2005 in Torrance and a second location quickly followed in Redondo Beach in 2007. A third location was recently opened in Santa Ana in 2009.

Chicken Maison has been recognized as a favorite destination for friends and families with numerous community awards and achievements including Best Mediterranean Restaurant and Best Middle Eastern Restaurant four years in a row!
